We provide delivery services across the United Arab Emirates.

Free Delivery Within 30 KM

• Free delivery is available within a 30 km radius from the Jade Sign delivery location in Al Qusais, Dubai.
• The 30 km distance is calculated based on the delivery location and Jade Sign’s applicable delivery point.
• Free delivery applies to standard deliveries and does not necessarily include special, urgent, dedicated, or third-party courier requirements.
• For deliveries beyond the 30 km free-delivery radius, a delivery charge will apply based on the distance in kilometres from our location to the delivery address.
• The applicable delivery charge will be communicated to the customer where required before dispatch.
• Delivery charges may vary depending on the destination, vehicle requirement, order size, delivery urgency, access conditions, or other specific delivery requirements.

Deliveries Beyond 30 KM

For locations outside the 30 km free-delivery radius:

• Delivery charges will be calculated based on the applicable distance in kilometres.
• The customer will be informed of the applicable delivery charge where required.
• Deliveries to locations in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, or other areas outside the standard delivery radius may be subject to additional delivery charges.
• Remote or difficult-to-access locations may incur additional charges depending on the delivery requirements.
• Urgent or dedicated deliveries may be subject to additional charges regardless of distance.

Your order may be delivered using:

• Jade Sign’s own delivery vehicles
• Third-party delivery partners
• Courier or logistics companies
• Other transportation providers selected by Jade Sign

The delivery method may depend on the order size, product type, delivery location, urgency, and availability.

A delivery may require the recipient or an authorized representative to acknowledge receipt of the goods.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization, printing requirements, order preparation, delivery location, and other circumstances.

For in-stock standard products, we generally aim to arrange delivery as soon as reasonably possible after the order has been confirmed and is ready for dispatch.

For customized, printed, made-to-order, or special products, delivery will be based on the production or preparation time communicated in the quotation, order confirmation, or other written communication.

Any delivery time provided by Jade Sign is an estimated delivery time unless a specific delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Same-day, urgent, or expedited delivery may be available depending on:

• Product availability
• Order confirmation time
• Order quantity
• Product preparation requirements
• Delivery location
• Vehicle availability
• Traffic and road conditions

Additional charges may apply for urgent, dedicated, or expedited deliveries.

Customers requiring urgent delivery should contact our sales team before placing the order so that availability, delivery time, and applicable charges can be confirmed.

If an order contains multiple products, Jade Sign may deliver the products in one or more dispatches.

Multiple deliveries may occur due to:

• Product availability
• Different preparation or production times
• Stock availability
• Order priority
• Delivery arrangements
• Product size or transportation requirements

Where applicable, the customer will be informed of separate deliveries.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Building or company name
• Office, shop, warehouse, or unit number
• Street or area
• Emirate
• Contact person’s name
• Valid telephone or mobile number
• Any relevant access or delivery instructions

Jade Sign shall not be responsible for delays or additional delivery charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the provided information is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt.

Standard delivery is generally made to the accessible ground-level delivery point at the customer’s premises.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• The delivery location is accessible to the delivery vehicle.
• Adequate unloading space is available.
• An authorized person is available to receive the goods.
• Appropriate manpower or equipment is available where required for unloading or moving large, heavy, or bulky products.
• Any necessary building, security, loading-bay, parking, or access permissions have been arranged in advance.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, standard delivery does not include carrying goods up or down stairs, transporting goods to upper floors, basement areas, or moving goods through difficult or restricted access areas.

Any special handling, lifting, installation, manpower, crane, or equipment requirements may be subject to additional charges.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery.

If there is any visible damage to the packaging or products, the customer should notify the delivery representative and contact Jade Sign as soon as possible.

Any shortage, visible damage, or incorrect item received should be reported promptly with relevant details and, where possible, photographs or other supporting evidence.

Acceptance of delivery does not prevent a customer from reporting a legitimate product issue in accordance with our applicable Returns & Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery time communicated to the customer.

However, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Heavy traffic
• Road closures
• Accidents
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Public holidays
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Courier or logistics delays
• Incorrect delivery information
• Recipient unavailability
• Access restrictions
• Unexpected operational circumstances
• Other events beyond our reasonable control

Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.

Jade Sign shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses resulting from a delivery delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A recipient or authorized representative should be available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery period.

If no authorized person is available to receive the order, Jade Sign or its delivery partner may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a second or subsequent delivery attempt is required due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, access restrictions, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.

Delivery charges are determined based on the applicable delivery distance and requirements.

Free delivery: Within a 30 km radius from Jade Sign’s delivery location in Al Qusais, Dubai, subject to standard delivery conditions.

Beyond 30 km: Delivery charges will be calculated according to the applicable kilometres from our location to the delivery destination.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Urgent or same-day deliveries
• Dedicated vehicles
• Large or oversized orders
• Special handling
• Difficult-access locations
• Additional manpower
• Multiple delivery attempts
• Special transportation requirements

Where applicable, delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

International delivery may be available for selected products and destinations subject to prior confirmation.

International customers are responsible for applicable:

• Freight charges
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Clearance charges
• Destination charges
• Other government or third-party charges

International shipping arrangements and costs will be confirmed separately based on the destination, shipment size, weight, transportation method, and applicable logistics requirements.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Jade Sign is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, destination charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

A delivery may be considered completed when the goods are handed over to the customer or an authorized representative at the agreed delivery location.

Delivery confirmation may be recorded through:

• Signature
• Delivery note
• Electronic confirmation
• Proof of delivery
• Other reasonable confirmation methods

Customers should notify Jade Sign as soon as possible if there is any change to the delivery address, contact person, telephone number, or delivery instructions.

Changes requested after dispatch may result in additional delivery charges or delays.
